The breakfast was stale cereal and warm orange juice, and the coffee was gone by 7:30 am with no refill in sight. That's false advertising. My room also looked like it hadn't had a thorough cleaning in ages. There were no towels or wastebasket, the security lights at the end of the walkway didn't work, and every outlet was loose and felt unsafe. The TV kept turning off unexpectedly. This may not be the worst hotel I've stayed at, but it makes my top five. Don't stay here. Ignore the positive Google reviews, which were probably posted by the owners or managers. Save your money and go across the street to Studio 6 for a budget stay. I'm not affiliated with Studio 6 or any hotel in Meridian or elsewhere, just a traveler.

After driving 11 hours, I just wanted to sit down, eat, and watch TV, but the TV in my next room didn't work. The first room was a storeroom, and the photos show how old the second one was. The rooms smell and are old. I can't say much else in their favor, but the woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Do NOT stay there.

Tiffany at the front desk made check-in easy. She was nice, efficient, and professional. The room was comfortable and clean, though showing its age, and the motel is being updated. It's easy to reach from the interstate, with several places to eat nearby. There's no breakfast, but Cracker Barrel is next door. I'd stay again and recommend it.

We felt relatively safe: the parking lot was well lit, it was fairly quiet, and the traffic was moderate. The woman at check-in was very nice, and our room was clean. But the toilet was loose on the floor and wouldn't flush unless we removed the lid. An electrical plug by the sink was open and covered with tape, which seemed very unsafe. The bed was too hard for us, and the ceiling and doors had cosmetic flaws and poor workmanship. Still, we'd stay again because of the price and pet-friendly policy.

It's a handy place to sleep for a quick night before getting back on the road. The room wasn't perfect, but it was clean, and the gentleman at the front desk was respectful and helpful. They allow dogs, which is great.
