People were hanging around the parking lot at all hours, smoking weed and drinking, and I won't stay here again. I'll be contacting the Health Department. At 2 AM, I was left waiting in a dark parking lot after the man at check-in told us to come back in 15 minutes because he was busy. It took almost 20 minutes before anyone helped us, and then I found out he'd been outside smoking. The check-in wasn't the only problem. My room had dirty, outdated furniture and hadn't been cleaned properly, so I bought Lysol and cleaned it myself. I was charged twice, once by Expedia and again at the hotel, even after showing my receipt and confirmation number. I had to argue with management to get a refund. Veronica, the girl “running the office,” was rude and unprofessional, and nobody working there seemed to know what was going on. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

Our room had just two towels, one face towel and one dry towel. The front desk attendant said the towels were locked away and she couldn't get to them. Pet hair was everywhere, and both the top blanket and sheet were visibly soiled. When I asked for more linens, she said I could have one item or the other, but not both. There were no other rooms available, no housekeeper, and no vacuum. The attendant gave me a broom to sweep with. The microwave was dirty too, so I had to wash it before warming up my food. Horrible experience. I'll try to upload pictures.

The room smelled musty and wasn't clean, with food crumbs on the floor. This hotel has gone downhill since my first stay. They're more focused on the people who live there than visitors coming into town for a good night's rest before moving on. It feels more like an apartment complex than a traveler-friendly hotel, and I won't stay again. I booked two rooms on separate days for a funeral. They had the first room, but canceled the second, saying there was no reservation under my name for that day even though I'd received confirmation that it was ready. The front desk woman was rude. The toilet overflowed, so we used the room's only set of towels, but she refused to give us more, saying each room gets one set for the whole stay, even though there were two people in the room. We had to buy towels to bathe. She also refused to provide more toilet tissue, saying there was one roll per room for the stay. It was only half a roll when we arrived, and we were there three days, so we had to buy tissue too.

I've lived in hotels for two years, and this has been the best one so far. For the price, it's a great stay. The place gets cleaned every morning, and since it's an extended stay, I understand why they don't clean my room every day. Some people want to pay very little and get everything. I haven't seen a roach. My only gripe is the lack of carpet. I get why there isn't any, but the floors get noisy when someone stays above you. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Keep up the good work.
