The location and pleasant staff were the only positives. I was told my room would be cleaned every other day, and I discussed it directly with both a manager and a staff member, but during my four-night stay it still hadn't been cleaned by the last night. Housekeeping marked it refreshed, and I'll post pictures showing what that looked like. Before arriving, I also called to check that the electric chargers worked. They didn't. When I told the front desk, the woman seemed confused and said she'd call, but by the next day she still hadn't. I called myself and got them fixed. The hotel is supposed to be newer, yet the room construction looks old and dated. As a Bonvoy member, this was one of my worst Marriott stays in a long time. I was extremely disappointed to have to live in filth after paying for four nights. I'd only recommend it as a last resort.

I've stayed at Marriott's for 50 years and have spent millions of dollars' worth of business with them through my company and personally. I had an emergency and Marriott consumer affairs agreed to a cancellation and full refund, but hotel manager Nicole Davis refused it, despite my being guaranteed a 100% refund. This isn't about the $179, it's that I was lied to. I plan to take legal action. Nicole Davis was rude and awful to me. She should not be a Marriott general manager and should be fired. Her handling of this has lost them my entire account. I'd advise anyone reading this to avoid the hotel. Its customer service and manager were the worst I've encountered in thousands of hotel stays around the world.

We stayed here before going to John F. Kennedy Space Center. It's a newer hotel with modern rooms and decor, and the breakfast was great. I especially liked having several USB ports in the room, so charging devices wasn't an issue.

The pillows and bedding were so comfortable, and check-in was easy. Everything was clean, with no hidden fees or gimmicks, and breakfast was great. Walmart and several restaurants are right across the street, while Port Canaveral is about ten minutes away. I recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

We had no trouble checking in, and the location was ideal for our visit. After we left food in the trash, bugs showed up. The staff responded quickly and moved us to another room, which I appreciated, but I'd already been bitten on the backs of my legs while sitting in the chair where the bugs were. The manager offered only $30 per night back, which didn't feel like enough to make up for the trouble.
