The staff were polite and helpful, and the beach is just across the street on a quieter stretch, which was a plus. Still, I wouldn’t recommend this place for the price. Our room was tiny and felt very low quality. The wallpaper was torn in several spots and really dirty, the washroom was extremely dated, and its fan was loud. Worst of all, the room door was broken and wouldn’t lock, which left us worried about safety.

It was a quiet stay, and everything was fine overall. The bathroom was small, so larger guests might want to check with the hotel first. They had good service, water and a gym, though there wasn’t enough shower gel or shampoo. The location is great, about two minutes from both the beach and Ocean Drive.

The place smelled horrible, the bedding was stained, and wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Breakfast was bad too, and the people weren’t friendly at all. There’s no elevator, so you have to haul luggage up a lot of narrow stairs. A horrible place all around. Stay away.

Breakfast and beach chairs came with the stay, which made our vacation easier, and the staff were friendly. My boyfriend and I spent three days here in September. The room was decent and the location was great, close to the beach. We’ll definitely return :)

We were traveling with a toddler, and the concierge team was very supportive throughout our visit. Calderon was especially helpful and did what he could for us, which made a real difference. The hotel was comfortable and well run. Great stay, and we’d definitely recommend it and come back.
