Harding Miami Beach Apartments

I’ve stayed at the Harding Miami beach apartments three times, each time in a different room, and it’s hard to beat the value. The rooms are clean, the location is great, and it’s a five-minute walk to the beach. That’s what I want on vacation, and it’s what I get here. Services are all within walking distance, and there’s a small theater nearby. Marixta manages the place well. She’s very nice, understands customer service, and answers questions quickly. I enjoy my stay every time and will return.

We couldn’t stay at the property because of travel complications. It looked like it could have been a great stay, but they wouldn’t honor our cancellation. We tried to cancel within 24 hours of booking and had paid for Expedia travel insurance, yet they refused and charged us nearly $300 for a stay we never used. We plan to reschedule our Miami trip in the next few months, but we won’t consider staying here. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. If you want a reasonable and understanding hotel, I don’t recommend the Harding Miami Beach Apartments.

We’ve stayed here twice in two years and will come back when we’re in Miami Beach. It’s a room with a private bathroom and a small kitchenette that has a microwave and fridge. The area is quiet and one block from mid beach, with some restaurants nearby and a Wallgreens and a CVS on the corner. I gave it four stars because check-in was easy without a front desk, and communication with the building manager through email was simple.

The room and accessories were great, but having to check in by email caught me off guard and made my first night inconvenient. I’m used to checking in at a desk. The booking manager could be more available too. He says he’ll call back, but then doesn’t, lol.
