Loews Miami Beach Hotel – South Beach

The front desk staff are lovely, and when my flight was delayed and I arrived at midnight, they moved me from an extension of the hotel to the main building as I requested. The room there was a nice size and had a balcony, so thank you for that. But I arrived excited because I thought Lowes was a luxury hotel, and the service overall disappointed me. To me, it felt like a three-star property. They offered complimentary drinks, but not a single bottle of water, saying there was none in the building. I don't drink alcohol or sugary drinks, and just needed water until morning, but they wouldn't provide any. I still don't understand it, especially at such a pricey hotel. Housekeeping also has to be requested, or the room won't be made up. Beach umbrellas cost extra, though chairs and towels are provided. I hadn't known that either. My takeaway is that it isn't worth the money.

I really enjoyed my stay at Loews Miami Beach Hotel. The beachside location was excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. From arrival through checkout, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, which made everything comfortable. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere felt relaxing while still lively, and I especially appreciated the strong service and attention to detail. I'd happily recommend the hotel and look forward to returning.

The room was clean, updated, and very nice, and the hotel itself is lovely. The pool was chilly, though we still swam for hours on cooler days. There is a hot tub, and towels and sunscreen are available, which was great. The food was very good, and it's convenient to lots of restaurants. Most of the people working there were amazing and often went above and beyond. When something went wrong, they did their best to sort it out, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended, and I hope to come back. Thank you.

The location is fantastic, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and up to date. There's direct beach access from the fuel property too. The frustrating part was having nowhere readily available to take a call. After checking out following a week there, I tried to join a Teams call in the bar and was asked to leave. I don't expect them to cater to me, but I travel a lot and most hotels have at least some area where you can take a call or get work done.
