I spent about $150 on a week here and still had to pay almost $300 to get my car back after the city towed it. The clerk had told me I could park in front or use a 24-hour garage, so why was parking not included? I tried calling the number on the sign outside about 20 times and nobody answered. There was no parking, no mirror in the room, a short shower curtain, and no bathroom extractor. The hair dryer was tucked away in a cabinet. Check-in was at Lincoln arms suites, not this address. Worst hotel ever.

I managed to sleep here, so it gets 3 stars, but I didn't enjoy much else. The $18 daily resort fee seemed to get me nothing worthwhile, and the WiFi only handled basic browsing, with video streaming blocked. Netflix meant using my own data. For a week there was just one trash bag and at most four towels. The kitchen had plates and silverware but no cooking tools, and its single pot and pan were old and dirty. The remote was partly broken, the bed was broken, and the amenities felt below par. Calling this a boutique hotel doesn't make it special, especially at that price.

We really liked the comfortable rooms and how friendly the employees and other neighbors were. It's a great hotel with a kitchen, restaurants and a movie theater nearby, and the beach is only about a five-minute walk away.
