I’ve never stayed anywhere worse. The room was filthy, with nails on the sheets and a lighter on the floor. Under the bed was disgusting, and it looked like there might have been pee or vomit there. Such a waste of my money. If I could give it minus ten stars, I would. Do not stay here!

We booked the most expensive suite, but I wouldn’t come back. Several TV channels didn’t work, and the room smelled musty. Some lights were off or not working. When it started raining, water dripped around the skylight, and we saw that the ceiling looked water damaged.

Those old pictures make the place look clean and nice, but that wasn’t what I found. I can’t think of one good thing to say. It was just terrible. Next time I’d rather pay for a regular hotel room.

I had a recent stay that left me believing there may be hidden cameras in the room and that someone could be watching. I won’t go into how I came to that conclusion, but so far it’s the only explanation I can see for what happened. There’s also a serious roach problem.

We checked into room 129 around 3 in the morning on Saturday, and I really wish I’d read the reviews first. The room was disgusting, things were broken, and the front desk woman was already giving us a hard time when I asked about checking out around 11:30 or 12. I told her we’d pay whatever was required. We’d heard every room had a different theme, but I asked my husband what kind of room this was when we saw how much was falling apart. Cables dangled from the ceiling, which seemed like a possible fire hazard. We spent about 15 minutes trying to work out the lights, and the woman at the desk hadn’t explained anything. The Jacuzzi was full of hair and sand, so we couldn’t use it. The window in front of it was shattered, with what looked like a bullet hole still there. My husband pointed it out as a gunshot. The tile by the Jacuzzi was coming apart, the downstairs radio didn’t work, and the bathroom door handle fell off while we were going in. My husband had to put it back. We tried the shower instead, but the water was so hot it burned us, and we couldn’t get it to turn cold no matter where we set it. We planned to leave at 11:30, but before 11 someone knocked, came into the room, and yelled at us to get out. We were naked and scared. I felt violated and disrespected; they could at least have waited until 11:30. It’s hard to see much when you arrive at night, but after we turned on the lights and daylight came into the bathroom, we saw roaches in the room and what looked like cum shots and stains all over a wall. They blamed us in an email, but nobody ever called. It’s the hotel’s fault that the room was in that condition and that the service was so bad. How can you report anything when they don’t answer the phone, and the woman at the desk just acts crazy?
