It's in a lively, touristy neighborhood near the airport, with bars, cafes, and restaurants close by. As a woman, I felt safe walking around. The hostel itself was great too: clean, modern rooms and kind, polite staff who were always ready to help or point me in the right direction. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it.

The way the employees spoke to me was awful, with rude, arrogant, and overly sensitive behavior. Their manners and communication were completely out of line. Customer service isn't the right job for them. One employee even told a customer, "If it's not good for you, take your things and leave," when the customer had done nothing to deserve that. I hope nobody else has the kind of bad experience I had.

I stayed here for one night during a layover and quickly wished I'd stayed at the airport instead. The bed smelled, and I could still smell the place on myself after leaving. The owner lives with the renters and snores really loudly. I don't understand how this place still has three stars. If you want to run the business better, let me know, I can help.

The building was old and poorly maintained, the bathroom was dirty, and the whole house smelled horrible. There was no parking and no breakfast either. I messaged through Booking to let them know my flight was delayed, but nobody replied. When I finally arrived, the owner was angry and rude, apparently because he had to wake up. Since I was late for check-in, he didn't want to let me into the hostel unless I paid extra to sleep there.

There were six beds in my room, and the bathroom was shared with a lot of people. While searching for my AirPods, I also found a dead cockroach under the bed. I'd left my AirPods under my pillow when I went to sleep after staying up late watching videos on my phone. They were gone the next morning. When I told the host Carlos, he said they weren't responsible for lost belongings and didn't think anyone had taken them from under the pillow. He added that if someone had, I had "se dio papaya," a Latin expression meaning it was my fault. I understand they don't take responsibility for personal items, but his attitude was the worst part. I've stayed in other hostels, and this was my worst experience. I was robbed.
