Casa Moderna Miami Hotel & Spa

I don't usually write reviews, but Daliana deserves a mention. My luggage handle had broken during travel, and when I asked the front desk to dispose of the bag, she recognized me when I came back and had repaired it. I've visited plenty of luxury places, and no one has ever been this thoughtful or gone so far out of their way for me. Thank you for being you, Daliana. I'll keep booking The Grayson and recommending it to others. The hotel was a happy find in a city with lots of choices and places that need remodeling. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the location is excellent, the gym is huge, and the service is outstanding.

The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious and clean, and the view was lovely. The staff were great, and we had a wonderful stay overall. Service at the restaurant and bar could have been more attentive. They weren't busy, but our server and bartender didn't check in much. I'd still choose the hotel again and recommend it to others.

The rooftop pool was stunning, and our room was incredible, with a big soaking tub and a lovely balcony facing the water. As soon as we got out of our Uber, someone took our bags inside, and the front desk staff were wonderful too. We had an amazing stay!

The library lounge and kids' play area were thoughtful touches. The location itself was hectic, with heavy traffic and a confusing entrance. Our room felt dark and dingy, the paint was peeling, and there was just one chair on the balcony. It didn't feel like a luxury hotel to me. The restaurant staff were sweet, but the food was below mediocre. At the pool, the bar had no service, not even a greeting, despite the pool looking appealing in photos. I wouldn't recommend staying here or come back.
