The apartment had a great view, but it was pretty run-down. Getting there was a mess: nobody was there when we arrived, the appointment fell through, and after three hours plus several unpleasant encounters, we finally made it inside. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

That view from the upper floors is great, but it doesn't make up for the rest. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place.
