James really made our stay at the W Miami Icon Brookhill Tower 3 better. He welcomed us by helping unload our luggage and get settled in the lobby, which set a great tone for the visit. As valet supervisor, he also handled our car professionally and efficiently. He knows the area and the region well, and shared helpful recommendations while being genuinely personable and engaging. His attention to detail and friendly manner made a real difference in how we felt about the stay. James represents the W Miami's commitment to excellent customer service, and we'd highly recommend requesting him. We'd absolutely stay again.

During my recent stay at Icon Brickell Tower III, in room 3306, Jeovanis Vega made the valet parking process easy and stress-free. He was consistently professional, courteous, and efficient, greeting me with a great attitude whenever I arrived or left. His customer service stood out and made the stay more enjoyable. For deliveries addressed to 485, go around to the back entrance and check in at the door on the right. Packages can be delivered there.

The elevators keep breaking down, and they don't seem to care if someone is left trapped inside for an hour. It felt inhuman. The worst, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
