Miami Vacation Rentals - Brickell

The apartment’s view was like a dream, and the staff made the stay feel just as special. They were caring and quick to respond whenever I had a question, and communication was easy throughout. I had an amazing time in Miami and would absolutely recommend this place. I’m already counting down until I can visit again.

The hosts’ hospitality really stood out. My family and I loved the apartment from the moment we arrived, especially the view, spacious luxurious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen with great appliances. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We completely loved the place and highly recommend it.

The apartment had several problems during my nine-day business trip. There was only one roll of toilet paper at check-in, the TVs worked maybe a quarter of the time, the stovetop was filthy, and pots and pans were left on the floor under the sink. They also refused to meet any of the guests’ requests. I told them on day one that I had appointments, but someone visiting on business was left waiting three days in a row for two hours each day for service that never arrived. The staff were hateful and unprofessional. On day four, after one person hung up on me and another time I could hear laughing and giggling in the background, I told them I was done communicating with them. The young women working there seemed more interested in Facebook and who they might be seeing that evening than doing their jobs and providing decent service. I had a reservation for one adult and one pet, checking in Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 3:00 PM and checking out Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 11:00 AM. I still have it as proof. Yet after I wrote a negative review, they claimed I hadn’t included my pet. That’s a lie. For a company to make false statements about a guest because they got a bad review over poor service and filth shows a real lack of integrity, honesty, and character. I wouldn’t do business with people like that, and I’ll never stay with Miami Vacations again.

The staff kept checking in to see if we were okay, and the service was incredible. The location was super convenient too. It was one of the best vacation stays I’ve had in years, and we’ll happily come back. Such a beautiful experience.
