Midblock Miami

I travel to Miami regularly and have stayed at Midblock on each trip since October. Every time, Jacquetta Pitts and Betty Colon have welcomed me warmly and helped make the stay feel personal. They’ve also shared great suggestions for food and going out with friends. I’d definitely recommend connecting with either of them. They really go above and beyond.

Betty Colon at the front desk made the stay feel special. She was so friendly and accommodating, and the property staff were exceptionally helpful.

I manage two units in Midblock Miami, and things have become much more orderly and clear since FirstService Residential took over administration. Before that, things may have been chaotic, leading to abuse and neglect by tenants. The common areas have improved a lot, and you can see the difference. I invite people to visit the Condominium because it's really worth seeing.

The location is BRILLIANT, and we've really enjoyed our three weeks at Midblock. We've used the pool with our children most days, and it's perfectly fine. A few things could use maintenance, but we've generally been quite happy here. Betty and the rest of the desk team have been wonderful. Betty has been incredibly friendly and helpful, making the place feel like home while we're new in town. We're waiting for important mail, and she checks for us every day. She goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome. Thanks to her and the Midblock team!
