Renzzi Villas

The floor was so uneven and sinking that I thought it might give way. From the room, the view was of what looked like a drug house behind the property. Our Uber driver refused to drop us off, saying the area wasn’t safe. We told the staff we felt unsafe, but they refused to refund us. There’s a reason the listing only shows pictures of the property, not the surroundings.

The AC worked, the shower got nice and hot, and the rain shower head was good. The mattress was comfortable too. That’s about where the positives end. The building is old, and this place feels like it’s held together with duct tape and a prayer. It’ll do in a pinch, but at this price I’d rather pay $70 a night for a motel, and I wouldn’t stay here again or for more than a night or two. The floor slopes, the walls are thin enough to hear neighbors, and the area felt extremely unsafe. There might be rats or other animals in the walls. The excessive foaming caulk in every corner doesn’t help the impression. Furniture is sparse, and the chairs provided may have huge stains. The bed came with one sheet and flat pillows. The other blankets were stained and crispy. There were no curtains, just blinds. The kitchen has an oven with finicky buttons, a sink, small fridge, tiny microwave that seems to lock after every use, and some utensils and plates, but no pans and no dining table. The shower leaks onto the floor, and it’s small. There’s no toilet paper holder, and your knees hit the sink when you use the toilet. The bathroom sink pressure was poor. They provided shampoo, conditioner, four large towels and one hand towel, but no small washcloths. There were two tiny trash cans, one broken. Wi-Fi requires downloading an app and making an Xfinity account. Outside, there’s one old coin-operated washer and dryer.

The apartment was even better in person than in the pictures, spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was ideal, and the staff were warm, helpful, and ready to assist. Check-in was especially easy: they sent me the code several hours before my scheduled arrival, and the process was incredibly fast. I’ve stayed at several other Renzzi Villa locations, and each one seems better than the last. My stay at Renzzi Villa in Miami was perfect, and I’ll definitely return. Highly recommend!

The host made everything easy, from the smooth check-in to the useful local tips. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. The location was peaceful, but still close to local attractions and amenities. Inside, the place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with cozy linens and a fully equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely book again. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.
