Don't book or pay for this hotel. It is permanently closed and isn't there. I booked through Vio and Priceline, but they refused to return my $100 and even told me the hotel was open. There's a fence around it and a crane there!

We had no working key for the door, the room was dirty, and there were no towels until we went to the desk to get some. The place felt unsafe, and the door looked as if someone had broken in before. I only stayed that one night because I'd been driving for 18 hours to attend a funeral. I had three receipts for the same room, under three different names and at two different prices, so I believe I was charged twice through Priceline. They said they didn't care and it wasn't their problem. OYO corporate wouldn't take responsibility for this location, and OYO escalation claimed there was no record of multiple payments, dismissing the photos I provided as proof of the transaction.

The property is closed, yet it's still listed online for reservations, which I can't understand. Trying to get a refund from OYO brings another set of problems. I guess OYO's reputation as a horrible company continues.

I booked for four days through the listed property, and I'm having a hell of a time trying to get my refund.

They advertise this as the OYO Hotel, but my room was dirty and the lock didn't work. There was no hot water, the electric stove was broken, and there was no microwave or kitchenette utensils. We didn't have towels or toilet paper either. Staff offered no help, and people from neighboring rooms were roaming around and lurking.
