I was in Midland, MI while my husband was having major surgery at the hospital, and the staff were great. Ted greeted me with a smile when I arrived, was so friendly, and explained everything I needed to know. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned a little better, but all things considered, it was a good stay. Thank you.

This place is very convenient for Mid Michigan hospital, and they offer a discount if you’re there for the hospital or tests. The man who checked us in even came out to my car, helped me get my husband into a wheelchair, and took us up to our room. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend it.

We brought the grandkids so the pool could keep them entertained, but there seemed to be little or no chlorine in it, and we could see small particles throughout the water. The continental breakfast was nice, though there wasn’t any actual protein. We enjoyed the selection that was there. The staff were great, and thanks to the manager for hiring them.

Mark, the evening manager, helped me get a rate for medical visits after a long day at the hospital. I arrived at 10:30 pm with my granddaughter and her small emotional support dog. The accessible room was great, especially the lower bed, and having coffee available 24/7 was a bonus. One suggestion: turn or flip the mattress, since there’s a dip on the side by the nightstand.

We had a nice stay. The room was clean, had all the usual amenities, and was a good price. The people were friendly and the service was good. We were there during the week, and it was quiet for a change. No complaints!
