The pool was on the small side and filled up quickly, but the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was pretty decent for free. There was also a nice bar area. I'd definitely stay here again.

There are about 15 other places to choose from nearby, and I'd recommend one of those. The front desk woman seemed genuinely angry that I got her up from the bar to check me in. She was the rudest front desk person I've ever had to deal with.

I was still in the lobby, less than ten minutes after paying for the room, when the general manager came up, raised her voice, and told me to leave. She said people who had arrived with me had caused trouble, but I had nothing to do with it. She could have explained what was happening instead of yelling. I was the paying guest and felt very disappointed by how rude and disrespectful she was. I don't deserve to be treated like that. I want an apology and a refund. Is this how your employees are allowed to treat guests? The general manager needs to follow Marriott's code of conduct.

We rented the venue at Spring Hill Suites for my daughter's graduation party, and Melva, the assistant manager, made the experience special. She kept checking that everything was in place, with impressive attention to detail, a caring manner, and real professionalism. The venue was beautiful and well-maintained, and the whole staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. It made for a welcoming, stress-free gathering. We’ll happily recommend Spring Hill Suites to anyone planning a party or family get-together. I only wish I could give more than five stars for the service. Thanks to Melva and the team.
