Vrushank, the manager, really stood out to me. He clearly takes pride in the hotel and cares about how guests are treated. The staff were polite, professional, and ready to help from check-in onward. It’s an affordable stay without giving up good service.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and always enjoy the stay. It’s quiet, the rooms are clean and nice, and it feels safe for families with kids. The staff are helpful, and there’s a mall about a mile away plus plenty of late-night food nearby. Thanks for the kind service.

The manager has been helpful throughout my stay and provides great customer service. The staff are kind and helpful too. I had a great time at Heritage Inn in Milpitas, with a clean, comfortable, well-equipped room. Thanks to the Heritage Inn manager and staff. ♥️

For $75 a night, this motel is about what you can reasonably expect. I’ve stayed twice, and both times the beds and bathrooms were clean. The AC gets cold, the heater gets hot, and the place was well lit and felt safe. The manager is friendly. A lot of the reviews seem to be from before the renovation or the old management.

There are lots of restaurants around, and the staff are friendly and welcoming around the clock. The rooms have been renovated. The negative reviews seem to be from the old management.
