Brewery District Apartment Near Fiserv with Rooftop, Gym, and Parking

The apartment itself was spacious and laid out well. I lived at the Malt House after college, sharing a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with one roommate. You do get what you pay for, though, because management, security, and maintenance were regularly unresponsive. A kitchen cupboard was broken when we moved in, and it took months to fix. I moved out six months ago and updated my mailing address, yet some of my mail still goes there. I’ve called and emailed the office several times and left messages without ever hearing back. I also went in during the posted business hours and waited more than two hours, but nobody was there. It might work if you need an affordable downtown apartment, but expect little communication or support from management and security.

I waited more than 30 minutes in the lobby for a tour they had confirmed several times, but nobody showed or contacted me. I called and emailed repeatedly with no reply. A few months have passed and I still haven’t heard from them. Really unprofessional and disappointing, especially since it looked like a cool place.

We spent about a year at The Malt House and had a great experience the whole time. It felt like home, and we’d have gladly stayed longer if work weren’t relocating us. The property is kept up well, the location is convenient, and management has always been friendly, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to live.

We had a nice two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in a good area, but the stay came with some real problems. The soap dispensers were all empty, so we had to use the provided body wash. Worse, the AC didn’t work during the hottest weekend of the year. Management said it would be fixed Saturday, but it never worked during our stay. Out of a $670 booking, I got only $45 back after asking for a refund. Bring several fans and a bar of soap if you stay here.
