Check-in and checkout were both easy, and the place was very clean. I felt safe outside smoking at night, and the coffee was kept stocked. The pool hours are great too, open from 6am until 11pm. The price was reasonable and the service extremely courteous. Great value, and I'll definitely stay again.

The rooms were good and the shower was great. There's an elevator, and I have no complaints. I also liked seeing some brand-name items at breakfast, since other locations don't always have them.

I didn't feel comfortable in the room. There was a brown or black substance all over the walls, and I found a bug crawling on one. It looked like it might have been a beetle. I checked for bed bugs and saw blood or some kind of red stain. There was a mattress cover, but I still expected better. The room was very dirty.

The hotel was in a perfect spot for the airport, and we enjoyed our stay. Kal, our shuttle driver, was friendly and very helpful. He made sure we had what we needed and got us safely to the hotel, then back to the airport the next day. I'd recommend it.

I booked the Sleep Inn for its amenities and loved the service and cleaning. The front desk customer service was great, breakfast was so good, and the hotel was really quiet for sleeping. I especially loved the park. Thank you for all you do to make the Sleep Inn great.
