Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown

The food was excellent, and having breakfast plus the cocktail and dinner menu included in the stay was a bonus. The room was warm and cozy, and check-in was quick. On our first visit to the Drury Plaza, the professional staff greeted us as soon as we came in and made us feel welcome. By the end, they and our group knew each other by name, like old friends. It's right in downtown Milwaukee, with easy access to the Third ward, theater district, and nearby restaurants and bars. If I visit Milwaukee again, the Drury Plaza will be my only choice. Thanks for making our trip relaxing and enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the dinner buffet were good, though the food could've been hotter. They provide three free drinks, including alcohol, but I don't drink. There's a pool and hot tub, but the pool was ice cold. I didn't like having to pay $30 for garage parking on top of the room price. I don't think parking should cost extra at that rate. There were no trash bags in the bins either. Even with those issues, I'd give it five stars and would definitely recommend it.

My 80-year-old father fell on the street outside the hotel and was injured. We brought him inside, and the Drury staff were kind and compassionate. They helped us call emergency services and brought water, towels, and a first aid kit. My father is fine now. Thank you to the staff. I didn't stay at the hotel, but I'm very grateful for their help.

During a recent stay with my daughter, an unexpected emergency changed our plans very suddenly. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the food was quite good. We even ordered an amazing pizza for supper. Most of all, I'm grateful to the Drury team for being so helpful, kind, and compassionate. Angel at the front desk was wonderful from the moment we arrived and stayed that way throughout. Other staff were helpful too, though I'm sorry I don't know their names. Glen Lewis deserves a special mention for his calming compassion. We'll stay at the Drury when I visit my daughter again. Thank you, Angel and Glen. Robin and Olivia.
