My family and I have been left to deal with a nightmare on our own after our vehicle was stolen while in the care of this hotel and/or its affiliate PMC LLC. The valet left it running and unattended on the street in front of the property, so someone could simply get in and drive off with the vehicle and everything inside. A police report was completed at the property and should have accompanied the initial claim report. Our clothes, colognes, toiletries, and our daughter’s volleyball uniform and equipment for the event we were attending were gone. We were stranded in Milwaukee, far from our home in Chicago, Illinois, without a vehicle or a way to get one. No one from PMC LLC or Hilton helped us that day, and no one has contacted us since with any care, concern, or consideration. My wife’s wallet held IDs and credit cards that put her identity at risk. The stolen computers had highly sensitive information because we’re both Special Education Teachers for the City of Chicago. This has drained our resources and destroyed our trust in the Hilton brand and its affiliates. I’m appalled that I have to chase these entities for information, a resolution, assistance, or compensation. I’m asking anyone to respond, since we’ve been completely ignored so far.

We were visiting during a big snowstorm, and the staff were especially helpful with parking, directions, and making sure we had what we needed. Andrew H. at the front desk was the best. He advised us where to park and how the snow might affect our trip. I like that the hotel is a little off the beaten path, since it’s quieter but still within walking distance or a short drive of city center. We had a great stay and would come back.

Andrew at the front desk sorted things out when I realized I’d booked the wrong room online. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to stay, but he found an option that worked for me, my husband, our two teenage boys, and our dog. He couldn’t have been more pleasant. We were there for one night, and the location is great, just two blocks from the Market. There’s parking out front, at least on the weekend.

It was very clean and quiet, and I’d stay here again. Andrew at the front desk made each evening better. Whenever we came back, he’d ask how our day went and thank us for staying. That’s what a great stay feels like.

We had a lot of fun. My beautiful ex girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel after getting a limo ride back instead of walking the 10 minutes. The hotel was good, though I gave it four stars because there were ants in the bathroom by the garbage and the garbages hadn’t been emptied. It was all good in the end. I spoke with the staff and they upgraded us to the king suite!!! 🥹🤤😘💖🌹🥰😍💘👩❤️💋👨🌞🥒🥮🔪🍴🚀🗼🎉🎊🎇🎆🧧🩵🩷⚔️🇺🇲🇺🇸
