The location, pool, and 24-hour gym were all great. Our arrival was rough because there was an active leak in the room, but management, especially Anita, handled it incredibly well. She arranged a new setup and helped us move our things. I was really impressed by the customer service. If that matters to you, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s handy if you’re going to an event at the convention center. Finding food nearby on foot was the harder part, since there wasn’t much around that seemed worth visiting. The room was small and a bit dated, and service was okay, nothing special.

The staff were so friendly, and the room was huge but still cozy, with lovely art and furnishings. The bathroom was beautiful and so spacious that I caught myself wishing I had one like it at home. This may be the nicest hotel stay I’ve ever had. I enjoyed it enough that I’m thinking about coming back to Minneapolis for a fun trip just to stay here again.

We came for the 2026 Villian Arts Tattoo convention and had a great stay. The lobby looked VERY nice, the rooms were good, and everyone on staff was helpful and courteous. There’s a mini-mart inside with a Starbucks, which was handy. I only wish there were some kind of breakfast and that the pool were bigger.

For a big work conference, this was an easy, solid place to stay. They handled the conference without a problem, and the hotel was clean and nice with friendly staff. It’s also fairly central, with convenient access to downtown spots and the convention areas. A good choice if you want to stay around here.
