We were charged $144 for the first two nights, $146 for the next two, and $72 for the final night. Even so, they kept trying to bill us $76.90. At checkout, they said we had to pay, and after we showed that the last night was already paid for, they told us we couldn’t use their hotels again. The bathroom smelled moldy when we arrived, and there was mold growing on the shower curtain. By our second day, our toddler was getting bitten by fleas.

The breakfast was our favorite part, with lots of choices and everything tasting delicious. Our room was very clean, and the staff were friendly too. We really enjoyed the stay. Great hotel!

The front desk service was good, and breakfast was the usual hotel kind. The room was the letdown: the toilet wasn’t cleaned well, and the bedside lampshade was bent. It and the phone also had what looked like blood spots.

I’ve stayed here several times for business, and each visit has brought great service and a clean room. The accessible rooms are spacious, with a roll-under sink, grab bars, and a roll-in shower with a seat and adjustable showerhead. They’re also accommodating for people traveling with task-trained service dogs, and there’s a nice outdoor pet relief area. I’m usually not awake in time for the complimentary breakfast, but when I’ve tried it, there’s been a good selection. The rooms are ALWAYS very clean.
