Homewood Suites by Hilton Missoula

The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. There was a strange smell in the hallway. Breakfast had a good selection, including biscuits and gravy, and the pantry prices seemed reasonable. The hot water for hot chocolate was only lukewarm. I haven't tried the pool yet, but it looks good.

The parking lot is a little awkward to get into, but the front desk gentleman was really nice and helpful. Our toilet got clogged, and maintenance came quickly to fix it. The rooms were extremely spacious and very clean, and breakfast had a pretty good variety with lots of seating.

The hotel was beautiful, and the patio and dog yard opening onto the creek behind the property were lovely. Even though the hotel is on a busy road among other hotels and food options, we didn't hear the interstate or traffic. I booked two adjoining rooms through the app, and check-in and checkout were seamless. As an executive director of housekeeping at another Hilton property, I can say it was immaculately clean, cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in. The staff were friendly and professional, with big smiles. I spoke with a houseman and the director of Housekeeping and told them how well their teams were doing. Breakfast was a nice change, with a taco bar and individually wrapped gluten-free options. Can't wait to stay again.

The room was perfect, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were amazing. I need moving air to sleep, which is a bit odd, and even though it was snowing outside, they found me a floor fan without judging me. Easily one of the nicest places we've stayed. Highly recommend it if you're in the area, 10 stars.
