The only small drawback was hearing a lot of walking from the upstairs unit. Maybe there could be a way to dampen the sound, though it didn't happen early or late and wasn't a huge deal. That's to be expected in a ground-floor unit. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, away from the busy Main Street but close enough that most places in town were very walkable. Getting into the unit was seamless, all the amenities worked well, including the WiFi and TVs, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We had a great week here in Moab. The place was comfortable, roomy, convenient, clean, and in great working order, with everything well stocked. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare all our meals. After long hikes, the hot tub soothed our sore muscles, and the tidy propane grills were great for making burgers for the family. Everything in Moab was easy to get to, and we can't wait to come back.

We used the high-quality gas grills and hot tub regularly, and there was plenty of easy parking. The apartment had been updated recently and worked great for our week-long mountain biking trip. I'd definitely stay again.

Cass' place was clean and fully stocked for cooking, and it was centrally located with easy access to both major parks. The street was really quiet. We only had to decide which trail to hike, or whether to cook dinner or go out. I tend to overthink lodging, but this one was an easy choice. I highly recommend it.
