Budget Inn Downtown Mobile

They charged me for a place that was dirty and uncomfortable, then refused to help or refund me for what I got. Not everyone has a lot of money to spend, and when you don't get what you paid for, things can get ugly. I felt sick having to stay there. This is my first and last time at budget inn hotel. The website pictures don't show the actual room, and I believe they're false advertising. Don't trust the photos online. They know about problems, but just tell you to write them on a piece of paper that gets thrown away. They don't clean rooms between guests, and they don't seem to care or offer any accommodations. My refrigerator wouldn't get cold. After putting my things inside, I came back to find roaches all through it. The microwave had dried food, no plates, and more roaches. I had to fling roaches off the bed and sleep with the light on. The shower was pitiful, with one stream of water coming out at such high pressure that it was the worst shower I've ever had. There was no toilet paper when I arrived, just the last roll left by the previous guest, and the ice machine bucket hadn't been cleaned out after that guest either. The bathroom door was off its hinges and leaning against a wall, and the toilet seat was disconnected and sitting beside the toilet. The toilet kept running for two hours before I fixed it myself. When you ask for help, they look at you like you're stupid. Even the remote wouldn't work after I changed the batteries. I decided to try a cheaper hotel, and ended up in this dump. I would never recommend this one, though I can't speak for the other locations. It's foul. I've included photos and videos of the horrible, disgusting stay.
