We only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant visit. Breakfast made the morning easy, with a good range of options, and the staff made check-in and checkout smooth. Our room was clean, roomy, well kept, and had comfortable beds and the basic amenities we needed. The location was handy for downtown Mobile and nearby attractions. Some of the common areas could use updating, though it didn’t affect our comfort. For the price, it’s a good deal, and I’d consider staying here again in Mobile.

We arrived around midnight to a genuinely sunny welcome. Tiffany was so kind and helpful. We had a funeral the next day and went down for breakfast at 6 a.m. The spread was amazing, and the woman cooking was a beast, she had everything ready. Tiffany came through again when I asked where I could fill my water bottle. They don’t have a filling station, so she put on gloves and filled it in the kitchen for me. 10/10, I’d stay again!

I was going to a conference at the Battle House, about a 15-minute trip each way. I felt safe in the area, and the room had a comfortable bed, fridge, and microwave. Even though I arrived around 11 p.m., much later than planned, the friendly staff had everything ready and check-in was quick and easy. I didn’t try the complimentary breakfast, but I’d stay again when I’m in Mobile.

The room was clean and it’s a great hotel, but there’s a deposit policy to know about. If your driver’s license is local, they charge a $200 cash deposit. I hadn’t expected it, but since I booked through a third-party app, I went to an ATM and got the cash to avoid any trouble. Maybe it’s meant to cut down on certain traffic, but I don’t know exactly. I’m not sure how legal it is to base a deposit on the county where someone’s license is registered.

Traffic made us stop late while traveling with our large dog, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. We found the room clean, cozy, and well stocked. Breakfast was hot and fresh, with plenty for everyone. Getting to the hotel from I-10 and back on the highway was really convenient.
