Amazing stay! Taz, the guest attendant, was so friendly and professional, and the breakfast ladies were great too. It was our first visit, and we’ll be back.

I was thrilled when work booked me here because coworkers had told me how good it was. My stay was a complete disappointment. I arrived around 9 p.m. after being awake since before 6 a.m. Check-in went fine, but there were crumbs all over the floor, and the bed had hairs everywhere, on and under the pillows, in the sheets, and at the foot of the bed. I also found hair and crumbs in other spots around the room, plus hair in the shower and on its walls. Some lamps didn’t work. I called the desk to request another room. The woman was very sweet and moved me, but the new room had toenails around the bed and on the side table, no fitted sheet on the mattress, more hair in the shower and sink, and crumbs on the couch. I’ll be moving to another hotel first thing in the morning.

Everything was great during my two nights here for a conference. It’s a very nice hotel. The one catch was that the breakfast buffet cost $24 if it wasn’t included with your room.

We had confirmation for two rooms, but the reservation showed only one. They gave us a walk-in confirmation and said the room would be ready in one to two hours, even though it was already 5 p.m. and check-in was at 3. We returned two hours later, and a rude blonde woman said it could be another two hours. We would have been better off at Motel 6. Lesson learned.
