The location worked out really well, and the grounds and laundry area were clean and easy to use. I stayed three weeks while training for a new job, in their premium queen room. It was in good shape, clean, and a comfortable place to rest. Everyone on staff was friendly, pleasant, and easy to talk to. Thanks to Ed and the whole team for giving me a quiet, safe place to sleep.

The staff were welcoming and walked me through the different daily, weekly, and monthly rates. They also explained that if you book a week and leave on day five, you’re still charged for the full week. I appreciated knowing the policy clearly. I booked because the rate was the best in the area and the rooms looked good for the price. My reservation had been canceled by the time I arrived after work. The GM said they only cancel if asked, and thought a third party may have done it. They restored my booking at the same rate and let me inspect the room before paying. It looked clean, and I was glad to see signs they were taking steps to keep bugs away. I didn’t see a single bug during my stay. I stayed for a few weeks and found it peaceful, quiet, and clean. Housekeeping came once a week on my scheduled day to clean and change the linens. When my A/C had a problem, they put in a work order and took care of it quickly. I know other reviews mention issues I didn’t have. For my part, I kept my belongings zipped or elevated, tried to keep the room tidy, and brought plug-in devices I’d bought on Amazon two years ago, four for $12, and used in each wall outlet. I travel for work and use them wherever I stay. I’m sharing that for anyone who worries about pests. I’d definitely stay here again. When I’m in town, I’ll be at In Town. The full kitchen is a favorite, and this place is quiet and private. It’s a nice option for an extended stay at this price. The room was clean, and most of the staff were nice. Ms. Marcel sorted out a small issue for me.

I’ve been here two weeks and am staying for another two. For the weekly price, having a bed, shower, and kitchen covers what I need. They work on keeping the outside in shape and look out for guests’ safety day and night. Thanks for having us. We’ll be here a little longer.
