The woman who checked me in was very sweet. Checking out was another story. The front desk employee, who called herself the manager, banged on my door like a SWAT team to make me leave and said late checkout wasn’t allowed. She didn’t say anything as I left, just gave me a nasty look. I called to ask when my deposit would be returned. Caitlin said five days, then hung up. When I called back to say I still had questions and that hanging up was rude, I asked for her manager. She told me to call Wyndham corporate and said she didn’t have to explain anything to me. Maybe she shouldn’t be in a guest-facing role if she can’t manage her emotions. I want my money back. I have nothing good to say about any La Quinta I’ve stayed at, especially this one. I expect a call and a refund. Horrific stay.

The staff were friendly and made sure I was having a good stay. I liked the pool area, the room, and the front desk, everything felt nice, comfortable, quiet, and well put together. There are a few restaurants nearby, plus an outdoor fireplace beside the pool. I got my cash deposit back at checkout. They also have a decent range of snacks and drinks out front and offer breakfast in the morning. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel, 100/10.

The location in the middle of town made it easy to get around to the places I needed in Mobile. The hotel was well maintained, and the rooms were clean and nice. It’s pet-friendly, but the place still looked tidy. Staff and service were great and very supportive. Breakfast was good, with waffles, fruit, cereal, and a few other things, plus coffee, tea, and juice. I had a great experience and would stay again if I’m passing through Mobile.

Everything was so nice here, from the clean rooms to the delicious breakfast. The front desk was awesome. You could hardly tell pets were welcome because every floor felt clean and fresh. This is my top choice, and I’ll definitely stay again!

After a long day on the road, this was a lovely place to stop. Everyone at the hotel was kind and accommodating, and our pup liked it too. There’s a great half shell oyster restaurant less than a block away. Thanks, vLa Quinta folks. DescriSee you again soon!!
