Motel 6 Williamstown, NJ - Black Horse Pike

The best thing here is that there aren't any bugs, not bed bugs or cockroaches, so it felt safe to sleep, and it was quiet. The rooms match the pictures. The staff are good about sorting out any room issues. People can focus on other things when picking a motel for themselves and their family, but those details matter less to me. I'd just bring your own food and drinks, since local delivery prices are outrageous.

A family member with small children needed a place after a house fire, and the TV didn't work. The refrigerator was broken too, and they replaced it two days later, but more than a week on there's still no TV. After what the family had just been through, they should be getting the same service as every other paying customer. This used to be the Pike Inn for years and years, and now it's Motel 6. At this rate, I don't expect it to stay open and going strong through the next year or so, though I understand why. The paint isn't peeling off the walls the way it once did, so I guess it looks a little better.

I wouldn't come back or recommend this hotel. Our room smelled like drugs, the shower was dirty, the remote didn't work, and the service was unpleasant. When we arrived, the bed had no sheets and the bedspread was dirty. I asked them to make the bed while we were out. Instead, they left dirty sheets for me to put on myself. We went down to exchange them, but the man didn't take the sheets. He brought us to the area where dirty linen is put and told me to leave them there, then gave us sheets to make the bed ourselves.

Thank you for helping my family when we were homeless. You were the only ones who helped us, and you didn't even charge a late fee. The place is clean, though not the cleanest, and definitely up to par. Everyone is sweet and understanding, and the price is great. I'd recommend it!
