We came here after the RedCross shelter stopped providing help because we'd lost everything in the flood. The welcome was cold, and nobody greeted us. We felt treated like useless homeless people. The manager was unfriendly, and staff seemed stressed with her constantly breathing down their necks. No smiles, hello, or offer to make the stay easier. It felt tense between the manager and employees, and they didn't seem happy at work. Breakfast was good, though it never changed. I'm sure there are plenty of ways to improve. I worked in hospitality for years at one of the West Coast's only 5 diamond resorts. If we'd treated guests like this, we wouldn't have kept our jobs. Honestly, I don't think those people would have been hired if the owner saw how miserable they looked and how they treated guests. Maybe the manager needs to be looked at, or maybe she'd be happier retired.

The pool and hot tub are always ready to use, and there's hot coffee all day and night plus breakfast each morning. It's a great spot for dining and shopping, with a movie theater nearby. The hotel and rooms stay clean, and the staff are always professional and courteous. Feels like my home away from home.

Everything's within walking distance in the middle of a shopping area, from stores and restaurants to pubs and a movie theater. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are roomy, especially the bathrooms, and the facilities are clean. Pets are welcome too. 😁

I stayed about 10 days. The room was fantastic and up to date, but the staff were horrible. The manager was the rudest person I've ever encountered, and housekeeping wasn't great. They didn't even check each day to see if I needed anything. My fridge and freezer also didn't work, so I couldn't store food.

The new owners have done a lot of upgrades and renovations, and the place looks and smells amazing when you walk in. The decor beats what I've seen at five-star hotels, and the pool is immaculate and well cared for. Breakfast is hot, fresh, and delicious, so hats off to the chef. It may cost a bit more, but you can't beat the hospitality. Staff greet you right away, always smiling and saying hello. Special thanks to the ladies at the front desk for their professionalism. They always find me a room when I'm passing through. Tina is there every time I visit and deserves a raise for all the work she does. There's no task she can't handle. You're awesome, Tina. Did you get that license yet? 😀 Thanks again for all the help, you guys are awesome.
