The room was the cleanest I’ve had in any of my IHG stays, and the bed didn’t feel worn out. It seemed like they’d matched the staff size to the hotel. The area was too busy for me, with an active train track nearby, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault. I’d still choose this place over my other IHG stays, even a nice Kimpton I stayed at in the Washington DC area. The woman at the front desk around 5 pm was fantastic. She represented the hotel so well that I’d hire ten people like her.

Breakfast was amazing, and everything was 100% clean. I’d stay here again and again. The front desk women were all kind and friendly, greeting me each time I came in. The whole hotel was spotless, from the gym to the elevator. I even saw one woman mopping the vending area, and someone else was mopping the gym floor when I went in that morning. Staying here makes me want to choose Holiday Inn whenever I travel and have the option. I loved my two nights at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites.

We visit our grandchildren a couple of times a year, and this was our first time staying at this location. It was a great visit, with clean rooms and really good customer service. Michelle, who was on the night shift at the front desk, had wonderful energy and was especially helpful. Thanks for making it such a good experience.

My flight got canceled because of the weather, so I contacted the hotel right away to ask for a cancellation or credit. They refused both and wouldn’t work with me. I understand that policies exist, but I was disappointed they showed no flexibility in the circumstances. Keep in mind this location may not accommodate unexpected travel disruptions.

I brought my kids for a fun swim day and an overnight stay, but we all ended up getting bitten, and I had an allergic reaction. The hotel seemed infested with bugs. When I reported it, they offered to discount my stay. I don’t recommend it.
