The front area looks fancy, but who wants to stay in the lobby? The rooms look like a horror scene. Mine was cold, and I couldn’t turn on the heat because the front desk controlled it. After they enabled my thermostat, I could only raise the temperature to 73 degrees. The next day they lowered it, so I could heat the room only to 69 degrees.

There was still someone else’s bar of soap in the bathroom. The doors and walls had peeling paint, and the carpet had holes, stains, and cuts. I told management the bathroom was dirty and had mold in the shower, but they just gave me a new bar of soap.

The breakfast was okay, and the hotel is close to the turnpike. The upkeep wasn’t good, though: the rooms weren’t very clean, the toilet leaked, and the heater smelled bad. Employees also weren’t very friendly or helpful.

For $80, it was a decent deal as a place to sleep for the night. The room was worn out, sticky, and in need of repairs, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Breakfast was about a five out of ten.

The room was dated, but it was in great shape and very clean. The staff were friendly, and this is a neat place to stay compared with the other local hotels.
