Quality Inn & Suites Ascension Park

For what I paid, this hotel was a huge disappointment. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the worn-out linens, towels, and pillows didn't help. There was a nasty plunger on the floor beside the toilet, and brown water came from the showerhead. The door wouldn't lock properly. The floor was sticky, the room was dirty and falling apart, and rust and humidity were everywhere. The hallway was covered in dirt and mud. They need to renovate and replace management if they're going to charge this much. I'll be filing a complaint through Expedia.

Jessy and Lynde made the stay at the Quality Inn outstanding. They welcomed me as soon as I arrived, and both were professional, genuinely kind, and made sure everything was handled. The whole visit felt easy and stress-free. You can tell they care about guests and take pride in their work. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend this location because of their service.

Candy was very nice when she checked me in, and answered all my questions about the area since I'm not from there. My room was cleaned well, and breakfast the next morning was good, hot, and free. It was a good experience at this hotel.

When it was time to go to bed, I found there wasn't a comforter on my bed. Reception said they had no spare ones because of a shortage, and the remaining comforters were already in rooms assigned to incoming guests. After I insisted, they took one from a room that had a guest name assigned to it and gave it to me. Guests shouldn't have to negotiate for basic bedding. The whole thing felt disorganized and below basic hospitality standards. The hotel sits right beside the highway, and car and truck noise was easy to hear in my room, especially at night. The front desk didn't have earplugs either. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing stay.
