Quality Inn Sweetwater West

I was in town for a stretch of overnight work and stayed here recently. The bed was really comfortable, and the rooms were clean, even if they aren't fancy. Staff respected my request not to be disturbed while I slept during the day, so I got uninterrupted rest. It was a positive stay, and I plan to keep coming back for the foreseeable future.

After 15 hours on the road, I was glad to find hot showers with plenty of water. The woman who checked me in was cheerful and very helpful, and my room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. I paid $108 with my Choice rewards and thought it was well worth it. Thanks, Quality Inn, I'd highly recommend this location.

Breakfast was hot, with eggs, sausage patties, and waffles, plus cold cereal and yogurt if you prefer. Our room was comfortable and clean. The people here were so helpful and treated us like family. We'd stay again.

We were exhausted after a 12-hour drive and didn't have the energy to switch hotels, but the room was far below what we expected from the hotel's good reputation. The sheets and every pillow were stained and marked, with hair on them. I took photos and brought it to the desk right away. The clerk apologized and gave me fresh pillowcases, but that didn't fix the condition of the rest of the bedding or the room, which didn't meet basic hygiene standards. I emailed the next day asking for a partial or full refund of the room rate and haven't received a reply. I'm very disappointed and have notified corporate.
