Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles Montebello

The rooms, lobby, pool, outdoor areas, and porch seating are all very nice. The setting is quiet and relaxing, though not convenient if you want nearby food, shopping, or activities. The desk staff didn't fit the otherwise pleasant setting: they weren't friendly or helpful, and they didn't offer information freely.

The room and gym were clean, though the gym is small. There was a lot of noise, with people running through the corridors late at night, and parking could be a challenge. Breakfast felt a bit expensive for what they served. I never saw the bar open.

Francine is great, and funny too. At the Hilton Garden Inn bar, she welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel at ease right away. She knew the drink menu well and helped me pick a cocktail that suited my taste. Even with the bar busy, she handled requests efficiently and kept things relaxed and friendly. She also took time to chat with customers about their day and share suggestions for local attractions. You can tell she cares about the people she serves. Francine made the visit both memorable and enjoyable. If you're at the Hilton Garden Inn, stop by the bar and let her look after you.

A lovely spot with a view. Our stay was short because we were there with friends before an event, so I didn't get to take many pictures. Everything went smoothly, including breakfast, which had a nice spread. The room had plenty of desk and closet space. Much recommended!
