We got some helpful food recommendations from the welcoming front desk, and they had packaged snacks, eggs, and coffee ready in the morning for an easy breakfast on the go. The location worked well too, with free parking and street parking, and it was about 20 minutes to places like Universal Studios and Griffith park. The room was surprisingly clean, especially the bathroom, and the service was great for such a cheap price. Even though they were busy and fully booked, the owner kindly let us check in three hours past the regular check-in time. Highly recommend this if you're visiting LA and want an affordable place to stay!

Traditional decor gives the place a warm, cozy feel, and the staff were super friendly. The little extras, like free bottled water, toiletries, coffee, and breakfast, made us feel at home. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, and the location right off I10 made getting around easy. We were very pleased with our short stay and would come back next time we're in the area.

We come for the Chinese New Year festival every year, and this time chose the hotel because it was close to the festivities. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and it's well placed for visiting Monterey Park or nearby cities. They don't provide breakfast, but there is a fridge in the room, and coffee, creamer, boiled eggs, and pastries are available in the lobby each morning. We had a great stay.

Uncle William is so friendly and nice. The service is really good, with free bottled water every day and a simple breakfast. I'd definitely stay there again on a return visit.
