The rooms and the rest of the property have been renovated under new management. There are fresh sheets, professionally made beds, comfortable pillows, clean bathrooms, bright lighting, and no sign of bed bugs. The walls have been repainted, and there are no more hookers. It seems worth giving the place a try now. It's suitable for families, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff were AMAZING, really friendly and helpful. The rooms are a mess, though. The so-called renovations amount to a poor paint job. Toilets don't flush right, the beds are hard, and the blankets are paper thin. Maybe a last option if you're traveling with pets. The owner seems cheap, too. Don't come unless you've got nowhere else to go.

I had to go back and forth with the manager for about ten minutes before he finally agreed to refund me. I said I'd dispute the charge with my bank, and only then did he give in. He was argumentative and unpleasant the whole time. I'd booked one night, but found cockroaches in the bathroom when I arrived. It smelled awful, and the room was filthy, with stains and dead bugs. When I complained, he accused me of making up the roaches and refused a refund at first. There were live ones scattering when the lights came on. The rooms are filthy and the bathrooms stink. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The owner and staff treated me like a king, even though I was just traveling on Greyhound. I was stranded in Montgomery after the booking agent left me with a 16-hour layover at the bus station, and I'm glad I chose this place from the many options. The room was clean and updated, the price was very good, and the staff were awesome. They're still making improvements, but the rooms were clean during my stay. It's locally owned and operated, and the price is fair. After two days of travel, I was a tired traveler who got a good rest here. God bless the place and the people working there.
