Abajo Lodge, you have my heart. The owners are so nice and make sure you have what you need. Our room was spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the A/C worked, and it was quiet and relaxing. There’s a Maverick and Family Dollar nearby if you need snacks or forgot something. Of the hotels in Monticello, UT, this is the one I recommend. I’ll be back.

Great price, and the room was spotless with a comfy bed. Maria, one of the owners, was cheerful, kind, friendly, and helpful. Family Dollar is close enough to walk to if you’ve forgotten something. It’s a good, quiet location for exploring SE UT, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The building is older, but everything was super clean. My friend and I each had a room for two nights, and both rooms had a small fridge and microwave. The beds were really soft and comfortable. The owner who checked us in was so sweet. I’d stay here again.

A clean, comfortable place at a fair price for a small-town stop. I'm a trucker, and there’s parking just east at Maverick. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and on the softer side, and the service was friendly when I arrived. I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area.

We were moving across the country and had to keep driving late into the night. Even after 2 am, they were able to book us a room and accommodate our ADA dog. The service was thoughtful and genuine despite the late hour, and the room was just right for what we needed. Can’t thank them enough!
