The location just off the interstate is great, the price is good for what you get, and the breakfast is much better than other places nearby at a similar price. It's a decent place, and I would have recommended it to friends and family, with a heads-up that the final price may be a tiny bit more than the total shown with taxes and fees. I booked through another site and had worked until I had enough to cover the listed total before walking in, because of a personal situation. Both times, the price came out a little higher. The first time was no big deal, less than two dollars. The second time I was short about 70 cents and asked if I could pay the difference another way while I waited a few hours for a money transfer to reach my account. A very nice woman helped me get the amount down to what I needed, and I was grateful. I expected to stay there a lot over the next few months while driving back home to get my things and the finances to stay in the area. At checkout the next morning, someone else told me booking.com bookings couldn't get extra discounts. I hadn't asked for a discount, just another way to pay the remaining cents. I smiled, said okay, and left. After I got home, I figured I probably wouldn't return. Maybe I was extra sensitive because of my situation, but that kindness meant the world to me. Being made to feel that small over the discount someone had given me was disheartening. I rarely leave reviews, but it stayed on my mind for the next six hours of my drive home to pack up my life.

It's super convenient, right next to Taco Bell and across the street from Cub Foods. The staff were really nice. When I asked for another pillow, they gave me a brand new one. My room had what I needed, including a fridge with a freezer, microwave, and smart TV with apps already on it. There were no accounts logged in, which was fine. Breakfast is free, and at checkout they even gave us extra muffins they hadn't used that morning. It was really affordable, and I liked the hotel a lot. I'd definitely stay again.

The traffic was awful, so I arrived in a mood for the wedding, but the front desk woman turned my frown upside down. She was amazing, used my first name each time we crossed paths, and had a genuine smile and warmth. There was a problem with my door, but it had been fixed by the time I got back from rehearsal. My room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom has a great updated showerhead and accommodation. The only disappointment is that there's no closet, but I'll definitely be back. I love the 20' from door smoking policy, since walking through a cloud of ash at a hotel entrance is awful. It was affordable without price gouging and exceeded my expectations. Please give your manager a raise. She's awesome.

Stayed two nights, and both were VERY quiet. The rooms are a good price, with what seems like new bedding and towels and fresh paint. The carpet is VERY old, though. Breakfast is simple, coffee or tea, pastries, cereal, yogurt, toast, and orange juice. You won't starve. An older hotel at a good price.
