We were exhausted and stuck with this place for the holiday weekend, since finding another room seemed nearly impossible. The replacement room was only a little better than the first. Its chair and tub were dirty, empty shampoo bottles were left behind, and the fridge didn't work. The first room had a dead phone, a bathroom handle that came off with a touch, a holey blanket, and a filthy chair. Breakfast was awful. The waffle maker wouldn't work despite repeated sprays, the muffins were stale, the yogurt was expired, and there were hardly any choices. The fitness room's treadmill was ripped in several places, which seemed unsafe, and there were no wipes to clean equipment. Staff were unpleasant and unwilling to listen, and looked miserable. This hotel needs cleaning and renovation.

Neither of our two rooms was clean. There was dust along every edge, apparently built up over weeks, and one bed had a torn corner in the linen. The stairs had been "repaired" with duct tape. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but all we found were old bagels and waffles. The coffee was cold and both juice machines were broken. When we tried to reach reception, nobody was there and communication went through a radio. We asked for bread, got laughed at, and were told they only supply bagels. That made us hesitant to bring up anything else. We had to get breakfast elsewhere and should receive a refund. This will probably get the standard reply. Please book another airport hotel if you can.

This was a zero to one star hotel all around. There's no elevator, the computer and printer don't work, breakfast was a zero, and they only provide one keycard. After a four-day stay, when rooms weren't serviced, they wouldn't even give me extra washcloths. Maybe it's fine for a single night, but for anything longer I'd look at other places nearby that may be better for the same price.

During a weeklong work stay, I ended up in three rooms and eventually asked to move back to the second. Both rooms smelled like mold, though I didn't see any signs of it. The morning staff included one friendly woman, but otherwise the staff were extremely unprofessional. I won't return and will recommend that my company stop using this hotel. In the first room, the sink clogged, the fridge didn't work, and the A/C kept tripping the reset switch on its plug. At 2:30 AM I had to change rooms without help or a luggage cart. In the second room, the A/C was inconsistent, so I had to leave it at 65° and keep my own travel fan oscillating or the room got very stuffy. The blackout curtains let in all the light, and closing the brown curtains would have blocked the A/C vent. On the third night in room two, the bathroom bulb blew around 1 PM. I reported it to the desk, and someone said maintenance would handle it that day. I also separately told two maintenance workers, making three people informed. When I got back around 4:30 PM, it was still out; the same workers were sitting behind the counter, which is fine since people need breaks. At 9:30 PM nobody had replaced it. The desk worker said maintenance had left around 5:30 or 5:45. He offered to move me across the hall, thankfully not across the hotel and up a floor like last time, or lend me a flashlight even though I had one on my phone and work phone. I moved to room three, where the TV and fridge didn't work. That car alarm in the hotel lot had also been going off for hours in the middle of the night while I was in room two. Nothing was done until either the owner stopped it or the battery died.
