That shower was the best I’ve had in a hotel, with just the right heat and pressure. Our room and the lobby were spotless, and the staff were kind and helpful. My daughter and I were in town for a gymnastics meet and stayed one night. We liked how easy the parking was, with plenty of space and good lighting, and there were lots of restaurants and shops close by. Room 510 looked out over the parking lot. They had football on in the lobby, which was a nice little touch. We did miss having a popcorn machine, though it wasn’t a big deal. I was also unsure about breakfast: my Hilton benefit came with a free breakfast voucher, but it looked like breakfast might already be free on weekends. I wish I’d known, since I could have picked a restaurant credit instead. The indoor pool felt chilly at first but was fine after a few minutes. There’s no hot tub anymore, and the room selection layout should be updated to show that. My daughter had her fingers crossed for one. We’d happily stay again, it was clean, comfortable, and convenient.

We were pleased with how quiet and comfortable the room was, and both of us got a great night’s sleep. It was clean, above average, and had everything we needed. We stopped here for one night on the drive from Toronto, Canada to South Florida. There’s a small bar in the lobby with a pleasant feel, plus a pool, gym, and business center. Breakfast was good, and plenty of places to eat are within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe and nice, and the hotel was very clean and well kept. A good stop on our trip.

Travis at the front desk made check-in easy and welcoming. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which I appreciated after a long day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Mooresville is a nice, well-maintained property. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

The underground parking was well lit, and the elevator made it easy to get up to the hotel. There are lots of food choices nearby, and the area felt nice and safe. I stopped here while heading south on 77. The breakfast was better than average, and I made use of the little lobby bar. The place was very clean and had plenty of amenities, including a pool, gym, and business center, though I didn’t get a chance to use those.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the rooms were really clean. The building is lovely, the breakfast was great and free on weekends, and the service was great too. I really enjoyed staying here.
