Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Riverside Moreno Valley

The bathroom was the biggest problem for me. There was hair and grime in the toilet, sink and shower, and it didn’t feel properly cleaned. I wondered whether the towels were clean and felt gross even trying to shower. It seemed like they might be doing a quick cleanup instead of a deep clean. There are lots of food places nearby, but people hang around the back parking lot and made me uncomfortable. You do feel safe inside since you need a room key or front desk staff to get into the hotel. The bathroom condition was still a deal breaker for me. I also paid an extra $9 through the hotel website for two water bottles and a 1 p.m. late checkout. We got no water. When I asked about checking out late, they said it was fine and there was no extra charge, so I don’t understand why I paid more online.

I’ve been back many times over the past several years, and the place stays clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is often ready early, which I appreciate since I get up early for work. Consistent, and worth a shout-out.

We had a great stay here recently. The staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast was tasty, and our room was attractive and comfortable.

From the friendly, helpful staff to the spotless room, we had a really pleasant stay. A welcoming man at the desk gave us a welcome gift and talked us through where everything was and how it worked. Thanks, Mindy, for the immaculate room. Breakfast was well organized with a great selection, and the pool area was great too. I like that you need a key card to access everything, it felt safe. I’d happily stay again!
