Quality Inn & Suites South San Jose / Morgan Hill

The location was the only thing I liked. The rooms felt like a biohazard, with dirty sheets, stains everywhere, broken outlets, trash in the hallways, and dirty bathrooms. There was just one towel per room. Breakfast was disgusting and unsanitary, and my family didn't feel brave enough to try the pool. If you want an enjoyable stay, go somewhere else and don't waste your money.

There was trash all over outside, it smelled bad, and the pool was nasty. The jacuzzi never worked either. Inside, the breakfast wasn't good, the milk tasted off, and the coffee was bad. The AC barely worked, so there were fans in every room, and the second-floor hallway windows were open, presumably because of the poor AC. We stayed for five days, but room service never came back to clean. When we returned after the room had supposedly been cleaned, it had barely been touched. The person cleaning was kind, though the front desk person had a bad attitude. We found a hair tie beside the bed, footprints in the shower, mud on the floor once it got wet, and a popsicle in the fridge. The shower handle was broken and gross, the drain was corroded, and the hair dryer didn't work. The sink drain smelled awful. The locks on all the doors were corroded too, and the building entrance lock didn't work. We even checked in a few hours later than planned and still had to tell the room service person our room hadn't been cleaned. Just go to a motel 6. This wasn't worth what we paid at all.

Tiny bugs were in the place, the kind I know from old fruit. They hatch, bite, and if you hit one, you'll see red on the wall. The vending machine was filthy and sticky too. The hall carpet looks ancient, and the smoke smell was terrible, despite the non-smoking rule. It seems like they haven't changed the carpet since California banned smoking in stores and planes. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. I waited 20 minutes before a guy came out saying he had to check on the place. Check what? He could have called the room. He told me to contact the third party and said it wasn't their responsibility. Worst place in my book.

Nothing about this hotel was positive. The whole place reeks of cigarettes and other rotten smells. Trash was left everywhere, with beer bottles on balconies, Band-Aids, and mystery stains on the walls, carpet, and sheets. I had to ask multiple times for towels and still wasn't given any. Room service was nonexistent. Breakfast was sausage or eggs, with nothing else except some Great Value bread. The man at the front desk was rude and snappy, annoyed by simple questions. It was disgusting and unclean, with literally no effort put into keeping it clean and safe. Probably my worst hotel experience ever.
