Quality Suites Morristown West

The night staff were kind and helpful, and the pool was fun and warm, though it could use some work. The place is a bit run-down and needs new paint; there was also some mold. Our bathroom had bugs, but it was otherwise clean enough and none seemed dangerous. The TV and most of the outlets didn’t work either. We were there so our family could get together for the holidays.

I’ve been living here for five months while I look for a place to rent. The staff are absolutely amazing, and I’ve really come to adore Jennifer. You may see her around with her bright smile and warm welcome. There’s North Haven stuff for kids to do, plus a pool, a gym for adults, and breakfast in the morning. I definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Morristown, Tennessee.

The staff were amazing, but the property and room didn’t match how it was advertised. Beetles were running around the first night, and after we came back from an outing with pizza, ants had gotten all over it before we could eat. We were on a budget, and staff said they couldn’t refund us for the food. They moved us to another room, but that bathroom had mold. The next room was okay. When we went swimming, pieces of the ceiling were falling, and it was covered in mold, as were the tables and chairs.

For what it costs, this place is well worth it. The room was comfortable, we had no problems during our stay, and the staff were very friendly. The waffle machine has become a tradition for me; the ready-made eggs and sausage are fine too.
