We felt safe here, with security thoughtfully considered both by the parking lot and after hours. The staff seemed to care about guests: when one of our group lost their eyeglasses, they rallied to help get them back. Marisol at the front desk looked after our larger group with a warm smile, and the manager chatted with us and offered wine when we arrived. Everything from the elevator to the room was clean and stylish, with thoughtful extras like a gas fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. In the afternoon, there was complimentary wine with fruit, cheese, and crackers. We enjoyed the rooftop patio under the stars, sitting on an outdoor sofa by the gas fireplace, with a view toward the ocean. We had a great stay and appreciated how welcome we felt. I’d come back. My only suggestion is to offer an optional mattress pad on request for people who don’t sleep well on firm mattresses, though I’m not sure how that would work logistically.

We stayed for a week for our wedding, and the room had amazing views, was spacious and clean, and had a fireplace we really loved. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite. Bina, the manager, checked on us several times and told us to let her know if we needed anything. She’s a super sweet, caring person. I wish more hotel managers were as involved with guests as she is. The staff were very friendly too. My wife and I will stay here again next time we're in Morro Bay!

Mirabelle at the front desk is smart, attentive, and really sweet. Good workers are hard to find, so she's a keeper. We’ve stayed at other places for the past 12 years, but this is our go-to now. Clean, nice rooms, good parking, right in the middle of everything. All the staff are friendly. Book it!

My husband and I came to Morro Bay because my mother-in-law was very sick, and we stayed here for a week. When the noise from an adjacent room became a problem, Bina quickly found us a perfect room. Marisol and Bina made a difficult time feel comfortable and welcoming, and we were treated very well. Great location, too. Be sure to catch the beautiful sunset from the rooftop!
