Hotel O Atlanta Airport Jonesboro/Morrow I-75

I booked a room for one day on 1/16/26. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. At noon, I was told check-in wasn’t until 3pm and that arriving earlier would cost $10 an hour. When I returned at 3, they gave me room 118, but the key wouldn’t open it, so I was moved to room 113. I left my things and went out. When I came back, my key didn’t work. The desk worker tried a master wristband key, which also failed. They got a physical key but couldn’t use it because the lock was jammed, so they had to drill the door open for me. Around 5pm I tried to shower, but there was no water anywhere in the facility, in any room. I had to heat a bottle of Smart Water in the microwave and bird-bath in the sink. Water came back at 9pm. While I was eating food from Uber Eats at the table, a family of roaches appeared, so I threw the food away. The room was filthy: burns in the sheets, missing paint patches on the wall, several shades of dirt visible on the floor, carpet chunks despite there being no carpet in my room, black mold in the shower, and mold in the toilet. I asked the front desk for more towels to put under the door and keep the heat in. I told them one towel had fallen in the toilet, but the woman came into the room to check and said that since only one person was staying, I didn’t get multiple towels. When I tried to turn on a lamp, I nearly electrocuted myself. The bulb was clearly melted, not blown.
